It was the squad’s seventh practice of the spring, as they are nearing the halfway point of their 15 allotted workouts. The Gamecocks used the last portion of the practice to go 11-on-11. “We’re just practicing, practicing a lot of the young guys,” said head coach Steve Spurrier following Saturday’s workout. “A lot of these walk-on kids are pretty good players. SOUTH CAROLINA GAMECOCKS FOOTBALL TICKETS The Gamecocks are also slated to practice on Thursday and Friday at the Bluff Road practice fields, beginning at 4:15 p.m. In addition, the team will practice on Saturday morning, beginning at 10 a.m. in the stadium.
