Myrtle Beach — The sale of Market Common, Phase I, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina was completed today. BEI – Beach LLC purchased Market Common from LUK-MB1, LLC by and through Gregory T. Maloney, in his sole capacity as Receiver. The Atlanta-based retail investment sales team of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Managing Directors Kris Cooper and Margaret Caldwell led the sale and marketing process of the newly constructed, Class “A” mixed-use lifestyle center consisting of 345,480 sf of retail, 195 multi-family units and 39,327 sf of office space. Franklin G. Daniels of Nexsen Pruet, LLC, in Myrtle Beach represented the Receiver.
