WILMINGTON, NC April 15th, 2014 – Bruce Hemmingway was riding home on his motorcycle on April 12, 2013.  The driver of a van was Texting while driving and did not yield the right of way.  Despite the fact that Bruce was wearing his helmet, he suffered spinal cord injuries and is currently a quadriplegic with his life forever changed. NORFOLK, VA March 29, 2014 – No. 47 UNCW concluded a two-match weekend road swing to Virginia by beating former Colonial Athletic Association rival Old Dominion, 6-1, in men’s tennis action Saturday at the Folkes Stevens Tennis Center.
