Bikers for Bruce Hemmingway Fundraising Festival

WILMINGTON, NC April 15th, 2014 – Bruce Hemmingway was riding home on his motorcycle on April 12, 2013.  The driver of a van was Texting while driving and did not yield the right of way.  Despite the fact that Bruce was wearing his helmet, he suffered spinal cord injuries and is currently a quadriplegic with his life forever changed. Bikers for Bruce, A Fundraising Festival will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2014.  100% of the proceeds will go to Bruce and Vicki Hemmingway to help with physical therapy and rehabilitation so that Bruce may walk again.
