HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC Feb. 19, 2014 – Former Executive Vice President for Disney, Lee Cockerell brings his business expertise to the Lowcountry for an exclusive seminar presented by the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, February 20 from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa.
A national speaker who’s worked with many of the nation’s largest companies, Cockerell’s seminar is based on his new book “The Customer Rules: 39 Essential Rules for Delivering Sensational Service.”
Through his signature blend of wisdom and humor, Cockerell will show attendees how to take their customer service to a whole new level. From “Customer Service is Not a Department” to “Treat Every Customer Like A Regular,” Cockerell’s principles work in companies as large as Disney to those as small as local coffee shops or brand new start-ups.
The cost to attend is $20 for chamber members, $30 for non-members. Special $25 member seminar fee also includes entry to the chamber’s Business After Hours following the seminar at the Crazy Crab north-end location from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
