SCORE Small Business Seminars Slated – Hilton Head, SC
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC March 20, 2013 – The Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives, will offer a small business workshop series “Successfully Growing Your Business in Turbulent Times.”
SCORE professionals will share successful tactics designed to help area businesses take their organizations to the next level, from increased sales to transforming business plans.
Business owners can learn how SCORE can help them be their best at the “Small Business: Turning Around A Struggling Business” seminar which leads off the small business series with speaker Jim Perry, Ph.D., Stanford Business School, on Tuesday, April 2 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at chamber headquarters.
Perry, a former career Navy logistician, university professor and small business owner, will offer options for managing risks in today’s business climate.
The six-part workshop series will be offered Tuesday April 2 through May 7. The cost per workshop is $20 for chamber members, $25 for non-members.
