Havelock Chili Festival Committee Recruiting
Havelock, NC March 15, 2013 – The Havelock Chili Festival Committee has already started planning for the 2013 Havelock Chili Festival to be held on October 18-19. Do you want to be a part of the largest event in Havelock? Do you want to help the Chili Festival become bigger and better? We need you. The next Chili Festival Committee meeting will be Tuesday, April 9 at 5:30 pm at the Havelock Tourist and Event Center Conference Room.
Can’t commit to being part of the committee? How about helping us set up / take down / work the festival? Just let us know what you would like to do to be a part of this event. We are looking for individuals / groups to help with set up on Thursday, assisting vendors on Friday and Saturday, trash collection on Friday and Saturday, parking lot coordination on Friday and Saturday and multiple other tasks.

The Chili Festival is also seeking volunteers to be a part of the marketing committee to help promote and advertise the Havelock Chili Festival. If interested, please attend the next meeting on March 12.
