Anything Goes

ANYTHING GOES GUEST ACTOR BIO

Kat Liz Kramer (Reno Sweeney)

Kat is thrilled to be making her debut performance with Charleston Stage. She was most recently seen as the lead vocalist for Michael Jackson’s tribute world tour of ‘Man in the Mirror’ with Spirit Productions. A world traveled Californian native, she now embraces the streets of New York. She began her professional career at a young age singing since she could talk and dancing since she could walk. Coming from a family of entertainers, her mother and godmother were her first dance teachers placing her into ballet at the age of two. Her training continued at Huntington Academy of Dance followed by Jimmy Defore. Her first major role was with the San Francisco Ballet in their production of the Nutcracker where she performed the leading role of Clara at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Along side ballet, she found her love for singing and, at the tender age of 13, won first place at the NATS vocal competition. She was accepted into the prestigious arts program, the Orange County High School of the Arts where she majored in voice. Kat joined the Kids Next Door Performing Group opening up for the late great Don Ho’s Christmas show in Vegas for two seasons and performed all over LA and Orange County. Upon graduation she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music with her own work. This year the singer/songwriter/guitarist released her album, all her own original work, to the world on ITunes. The piece, available now, is entitled My Wonderland EP. Favorite past credits include: Princess Cruises as a guest entertainer, Into the Woods as the Bakers Wife, Grease as Sandy, Beehive the 60′s Musical as Cher, Connie Francis, Janis Joplin and many more! For more info on the artist go to www.facebook.com/katlizkramer and katlizkramer.com. Kat would like to thank the undying support of her friends and family. Without them this journey would not have been possible. Kat would also like to thank her biggest fan Larry Romagnino, and her grandfather for taking her to all those dance lessons as a child. He is no longer with us but his light lives on. As he always used to say, “We’re off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of OZ!” Life is a gift. Enjoy every moment. Sing-Love-Live!
