Jacksonville, NC March 7, 2013 – The animals available for adoption at the Onslow County Animal Services remain upbeat and energetic as we search for their new, loving families,” said Animal Services director Alan C. Davis. “The festive atmosphere of St. Patrick’s Day provides them with an opportunity to show off their positive personalities.”
Onslow County Animal Services is hosting a week-long ‘Adopt-A- Lucky Charm’ event from Monday, March 11, 2013 through Saturday March 16, 2013 at Onslow County Animal Services located at 244 Georgetown Road Jacksonville, North Carolina 28540 The adoption hours are: Monday through Thursdays From 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Friday’s from 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., on Saturday March 16, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Whether a rainbow appears or not, a lucky “pot of gold” will be waiting at Onslow County Animal Services for adopters who want to test their luck.

Everyone who adopts an animal during our Lucky Charm Event on Saturday March 16^th will get a free photo taken with your new adopted pet. There is also a call out to all Onslow County Pet owners that they can get a photo taken with your Pet along with a Lucky Shamrock for $5:00. The event will feature vendors, and will give guests an opportunity to obtain rabies vaccination for their cat or dog for $10.00 from 10 a.m. to 2:00 pm

Saturday, March 16, 2012 county residents are invited to a special ‘Adopt-A-Lucky Charm’ event where we are inviting all animal lovers to come over to meet the dogs and cats available for adoption and receive free gifts with their pet adoption. You might just get lucky. This special event will take place at Onslow County Animal Services located at 244 Georgetown Road Jacksonville, North Carolina 28540 from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.

Onslow County Animal Services will off special adoption fees $105.00 for dogs and $75.00 for cats from March 11th thru March 16th for our special event Adopters can usually take their new pet home the same day. Forms of payment include cash, and credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
