Twelve Former Tigers at Pro Day Thursday

CLEMSON, SC March 6, 2013 – Twelve former Clemson football players will work out at the school’s Pro Day on Thursday.  Scouts from most of the NFL teams will be in attendance for the workouts that will be held at the Clemson Indoor Football Facility.

The workouts are closed to the public, but will be broadcast live on ESPN3.com beginning at 9:30 AM.  Click on the link to the left to view the broadcast.

All 12 of the players have their undergraduate degree from Clemson.

The list of players who will participate includes Spencer Benton (PK), Xavier Brewer (DB), Jaron Brown (WR), Brandon Ford (TE), Dalton Freeman (C), Malliciah Goodman (DE), Rashard Hall (SAF), DeAndre Hopkins (WR), Carlton Lewis (SAF), Jonathan Meeks (DB), Jonathan Willard (LB) and Corico Wright (LB).

Former Clemson running back Andre Ellington will have a separate workout at Clemson on March 29.  He suffered an injury at the NFL Combine in February.
