South Carolina Women’s Track & Field Holds at 14 in USTFCCCA Rankings

Gamecocks travel to SEC Indoor Championships this week

COLUMBIA, SC Feb. 19, 2013 – The South Carolina women’s track and field stayed at the 14th spot in this week’s U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division I National Team Computer Rankings.

The Gamecocks, who are coming off a home meet to tune-up for the upcoming championship season, are one of six SEC schools in this week’s women’s rankings.

The next round of computer rankings will be released February 26. The 2013 SEC Indoor Championships will be held in Fayetteville, Ark., February 22-24. The NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships will take place March 8-9 and will also be held in Fayetteville, Ark.
