College of Charleston Baseball Announces 2013 Broadcast Schedule
CHARLESTON, SC Feb. 7, 2013 – The Charleston Sports Network and the College of Charleston baseball program have announced that nearly every game of the 2013 baseball season will be broadcast either online or through radio partner ESPN 910 AM.
As in previous seasons, home games will be shown through subscription video on the Charleston Sports Network on CofCSports.com. Featuring multiple cameras, industry-leading graphic packages and replay, these broadcasts are television quality and will bring you closer to the action than ever before. Fans can purchase a variety of subscription packages, including single-game, monthly and yearly passes.
Local radio partner ESPN 910 AM will carry a minimum of 15 regular season games including road games at South Carolina, Coastal Carolina and UNC Wilmington, both sets of return games at Patriots Point, the home games against Georgia and The Citadel and the season-ending series against Georgia Southern.
With over 10 years of broadcast experience in professional baseball, Jeff McCarragher, the “Voice of the Cougars,” returns for his third season to anchor the majority of the broadcasts.
College of Charleston’s game at South Carolina on April 16 will again be televised regionally on SportSouth.
A new addition this season will be free streaming audio for early season road series. Fans will now be able to hear the entirety of the road series at Auburn, Elon, Samford, Davidson and Wofford for free on CofCSports.com.
All postseason games, in the Southern Conference tournament and beyond, will be covered on ESPN 910 AM as well.
College of Charleston opens the 2013 baseball season at home on Feb. 15 against Xavier at 6 p.m.
