Knights Looking for Game Day Employees for Final Season in Fort Mill

FORT MILL, SC Feb. 6, 2013 – The Charlotte Knights are in search of hard-working and energetic game day employees for the upcoming 2013 season and will hold their annual job fair at Knights Stadium on Thursday, February 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Budweiser Brewhouse.

The Knights are hiring game day employees in the following areas:
• Ushers
• Parking
• Ticket Scanners
• Team Store Cashiers
• Restaurant Servers
• Concession Cashiers
• Prep Cooks
• On-Field Entertainment/Promotions

Opening Day is set for Thursday, April 11 and the regular season will conclude on Monday, September 2. Those seeking to be a part of the Knights game day staff must be available to work nights and weekends beginning in April. The majority of weekday and Saturday games are played in the evening (7:15 p.m.) and most Sunday games are played in the afternoon (2:15 p.m.). All candidates must be at least 16 years old and should come to the job fair with valid identification.

Participants in the Knights job fair will need to complete an application and can do so in advance by downloading a copy from www.charlotteknights.com. Employees are also subject to a criminal background check.
