Wilmington NC: Holiday Tree Lighting

WILMINGTON, NC – Join us for the annual Holiday Tree Lighting in Riverfront Park on Friday, November 23. The event is presented by Downtown Business Alliance (DBA) and the City of Wilmington’s Recreation & Downtown Services Division.

Holiday entertainment will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by the lighting of the tree at approximately 6:25 p.m. Entertainment will include the Epik Jazz Trio who will perform holiday favorites and the Thalian Association Performance Group who will stroll downtown spreading holiday cheer. Vendors including downtown businesses will be selling arts and crafts.

Santa will arrive shortly after tree lighting and will be available for children to visit with him at no cost. Families are encouraged to bring their cameras for photo opportunity with Santa.
