New Hanover County Board of Elections schedules Tuesday meeting
New Hanover County Oct. 13, 2012 – New Hanover County Board of Elections will meet on Tuesday, Oct 16, 2012 at 5 p.m. The purpose for this meeting is as follows:
- To conduct a preliminary hearing on a challenge to voter residency.
- To process returned absentee ballot applications.
- Adopt a resolution to challenge the time for counting absentee ballots on Election Day and prior to Canvass.
- To discuss general election matters.
This meeting will be held at 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington North Carolina in the office of the Board of Elections.
