North Carolina Symphony Summerfest Concert to Delay Start Time This Saturday


Romeo & Juliet Concert to begin at 8:30 p.m.

Koka Booth Amphitheatre - Cary, North CarolinaCary, NC – The most up-to-date weather information for Saturday, June 30 indicates a strong possibility of excessive heat on the Booth Amphitheatre stage at the regular Summerfest start time of 7:30 p.m. Therefore, in order to best balance the safety and comfort of the audience, as well as the musicians and their instruments officials have decided to delay the start of the North Carolina Symphony’s Romeo and Juliet concert until 8:30 p.m. Gates at the Amphitheatre will be open at 6:00 p.m. and concertgoers are welcome to enter the park and set up lawn chairs and blankets as usual.

 

Patrons are encouraged to pack plenty of water.
